Self Help and Recovery
If you have ever felt depressed, anxious or pessimistic, you know you can't just “snap
out of it.” You may also have found that antidepressants and/or standard psychotherapy
are not the full and lasting answer for you.
Here I share some of the tips, inspiration and practical exercises that have helped my own recovery from
"treatment-resistant" depression. These include advice for boosting your self-esteem, building truly supportive relationships, recovering from depression and my own Feldenkrais-like Repatterning Movement exercises which are powerful antidepressants.
