Uplift Community Groups

Sharing a sense of community, purpose and commitment helps us gain focus and meaning in our lives.

After previous Uplifts in Tampa and Sydney, a number of people were inspired to join our dual purpose of giving people tools to create harmonious relationships and ridding the world of depression.

Mary Bright in Tampa was among those who came up with a way to keep in touch with other enthusiastic Uplift participants around a common goal and at the same time to support each other's journey toward real healing and fulfillment using the Uplift techniques. These groups now meet regularly, and Bob and Alicia always look forward to participating in person or by phone when their travel schedule allows.

Members of these Uplift community groups get together socially for pot luck dinners and barbecues as well as scheduled meetings. We'd love to see you there as well.

If you'd like to stay connected to the feeling of optimism and group support you experienced at the Uplift, or meet like-minded people who want to make a difference in the world, you are welcome to join our Uplift community support groups in Tampa, and now in Sydney.
