Uplift Program Intensive
A Proven Program for Depression and Anxiety
If you have ever felt depressed, anxious or pessimistic, you know you can't just “snap
out of it.” You may also have found that antidepressants and/or standard psychotherapy
are not the full and lasting answer for you.
Sponsored by the University of South Florida's Center for Positive Health and other prestigious
institutions, the Uplift Program offers an amazingly effective and totally new way of overcoming
blocks to a happy and fulfilling life.
Our proven 7-step program gives you powerful and practical tools to achieve immediate and ongoing
change in all areas of life. Up to two years later, 94% of participants report that their mood
and life satisfaction are still dramatically improved (based on follow-up questionnaires).
| “If you want quick results that can have long term benefits, the Uplift should be considered as an initial therapy. It works!” |
-- Len Saputo, MD, author of Boosting Immunity Naturally, Director of the Health Medicine Forum, San Francisco |

 Revolutionary Mind-Body Techniques
Bob and Alicia have distilled the wisdom and techniques of over 20 years of healing depression,
childhood trauma and depression-related illnesses such as PTSD and "somatized illness",
to create a program which successfully treats the underlying causes of depression and unhappiness.
Integrating cutting-edge research in neurobiology, anthropology, movement physiology and psychology,
as well as traditional wisdom, the Uplift addresses the whole person.
Each unique and highly experiential aspect of the Uplift is carefully calibrated to stimulate new connections
in the brain that result in more positive beliefs and behaviors.
You will leave the Uplift feeling rejuvenated, enthusiastic and empowered, with a whole new insight
about yourself and the world.
More importantly your new skills will help depression-proof all areas of your life and prevent relapse.
